Denis inaugure cette reprise pas de n&rsquo;importe quelle fa\u00e7on, direct avec un ultra et ainsi inaugurer le nouveau maillot de Janz\u00e9 de belle mani\u00e8re ! il a eu la gentillesse de nous faire parvenir son r\u00e9cit histoire de vous mettre l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la bouche ! Bravo \u00e0 toi pour ta performance et ta pr\u00e9pa qui n&rsquo;a pas due \u00eatre simple \u00e0 g\u00e9rer avec toutes les contraintes impos\u00e9es ces derniers mois:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0Le 05 juin 2021,<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Inscrit depuis plus de 18 mois, le Swiss Canyon Trail annul\u00e9 en 2020 a bien lieu le 05 juin 2021.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Epreuve que l\u2019organisation appelle le 111 et qui fait officiellement 112,6 km selon l\u2019organisation.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9paration compliqu\u00e9e, couvre-feu \u00e0 19h m\u2019emp\u00eachant de courir le soir, obligation de trouver quelques cr\u00e9neaux en semaine le midi, quelques blessures pendant la pr\u00e9pa. Au global un volume (horaires et de km) moins important que pour les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ultras que j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de compenser par plus de sorties longues les week-ends et plus de \u00ab\u00a0renforcement musculaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sans oublier bien sur les tr\u00e8s bons conseils de mon ami Patrick, entra\u00eeneur dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 qui a \u00e9labor\u00e9 la plus grande partie de mes pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 mes \u00e9preuves pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Accompagn\u00e9 de mes 2 filles, je pose mes valises \u00e0 Couvet Vendredi 4 juin, dans un logement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 800 m\u00e8tres du d\u00e9part. Le soleil est au rendez-vous. Il faut en profiter, on ne le reverra pas beaucoup du weekend.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nous retrouvons et dinons avec 2 autres Jacolandais qui sont venus \u00e9galement faire cet Ultra Trail. Nous \u00e9tions ainsi 3 participants \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter la commune de St Jacques de lande. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Samedi 05h00, ce moment tellement attendu et redout\u00e9 est en face de moi. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Apr\u00e8s les gros orages de la nuit, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o s\u2019annonce tr\u00e8s pluvieuse, elle ne se sera pas tromp\u00e9e.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sous des trombes d\u2019eau, nous prenons le d\u00e9part, il ne cessera de pleuvoir qu\u2019en fin de matin\u00e9e. L\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi ne sera pas sec, nous aurons quelques averses mais plus les fortes pluies du matin.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Direction \u00ab Noiraigue \u00bb, le premier ravitaillement apr\u00e8s une douzaine de kms. Pas de soucis, \u00e7a passe bien avec quelques singles et pas mal de chemins stabilis\u00e9s.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Il est temps d\u2019attaquer la 1<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8re<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> difficult\u00e9 du parcours, le col des petites fauconni\u00e8res, normalement le plus beau point de vue de la course, en haut de magnifiques canyons. Malheureusement, on ne verra que la pluie et le brouillard. Un peu moins de trois heures de courses, 20 kilom\u00e8tres aval\u00e9s et un peu plus de 1300 de d+. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et on redescend pour remonter sur l\u2019autre point de vue exceptionnel du Swiss Canyon Trail, \u00ab le Chasseron \u00bb (toujours dans le brouillard). \u00c7a devient vraiment technique, de multiples pierriers et des descentes raides accompagnent notre travers\u00e9e de la r\u00e9gion. La c\u00f4te est interminable, 2h20 de mont\u00e9e. Toujours de la pluie et du brouillard. Il faudra attendre la 7<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> heure de course pour que le ciel se d\u00e9gage un peu.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ravito des 40 km, mes stocks d\u2019eau sont vides, je proc\u00e8de au remplissage. Quelques m\u00e8tres plus loin, la poche \u00e0 eau me l\u00e2che, ne me reste plus qu\u2019une flasque de 0,5l.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Heureusement, je retrouve mes filles au 47<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> qui me donnent une gourde de 0,7l. La gourde \u00ab\u00a0v\u00e9lo\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s pratique mais avec la flasque et la gourde, j\u2019aurais suffisamment d\u2019eau pour g\u00e9rer entre chaque ravito.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sur le papier il y a juste dix bornes jusqu\u2019au prochain ravitaillement mais dans les faits on commence par une magnifique mont\u00e9e de 900m dans les cascades, un passage assez sublime et on bascule sur les arr\u00eates de Beaulmes. Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige ou faire \u00e7a de nuit, c\u2019est un passage tr\u00e8s technique o\u00f9 il est difficile de courir (\u00e0 mon petit niveau). J\u2019y passe pas loin de deux heures trente.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Quand on croit que c\u2019est fini, qu\u2019on se dis que le ravito doit \u00eatre tout proche, nous arrivons sur un site d\u2019escalade o\u00f9 l\u2019on doit descendre dans une pente raide caillouteuse gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une corde. Les cuisses ont tr\u00e8s moyennement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Quand arrive le ravito, on comprend que l\u2019on est tous dans le m\u00eame \u00e9tat, on vient de vivre un des moments les plus durs de l\u2019ultra. La fatigue est au rendez-vous et nous sommes justes \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 du parcours.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Arrive le \u00ab\u00a0coup de pas bien\u00a0\u00bb Les jambes sont tr\u00e8s lourdes, je ne peux plus rien avaler, juste de l\u2019eau et encore. Je passerais les 3 prochaines heures \u00e0 mettre un pied devant l\u2019autre \u00e0 attendre le ravitaillement des 75. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Aux gorges de Noirveaux (base de vie des 75 km), les filles sont l\u00e0, ce qui me remonte le moral. Je change de tee-shirt et de chaussettes, je passe 30mn et me repose un peu. Toujours pas possibilit\u00e9 de manger, je prends un verre de Coca, ce qui est toujours \u00e7a de pris. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Je passerais en tout pr\u00e8s de 5h sans rien avaler hormis un peu d\u2019eau pure.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Et on assiste au miracle de l\u2019ultra, apr\u00e8s ces moments difficiles, la forme revient, sur les portions roulantes qui suivent, je peux recommencer \u00e0 courir. A trottiner du moins.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">On a quitt\u00e9 la montagne pour retrouver des chemins forestiers et m\u00eame parfois un peu de bitume. Sacril\u00e8ge chez un traileur mais je suis content de courir dessus, pas besoin de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, on pose un peu son cerveau.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le ravito du 83 arrive plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu, j\u2019y prends un bouillon de l\u00e9gumes qui me fait du bien. Je ne tente pas l\u2019assiette de p\u00e2tes propos\u00e9e mais \u00e7a va clairement mieux. Je peux repartir plus serein.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le ravito du 95eme km \u00ab Chapeau de Napol\u00e9on \u00bb n\u2019arrive pas. Sans pr\u00e9venir les coureurs, l\u2019organisation l\u2019a d\u00e9cal\u00e9 au 99\u00e8me. Au final, je me dis que c\u2019est tant mieux, qu\u2019il restera moins de km apr\u00e8s cet arr\u00eat. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le parcours est plut\u00f4t roulant et je trottine une grosse partie du trajet. Au 99<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, je prends enfin mon assiette de p\u00e2te que mon estomac attendait depuis plusieurs km.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Je repars et continue \u00e0 trottiner d\u00e8s que c\u2019est possible. Du moins sur les descentes et le plat, j\u2019ai depuis longtemps oubli\u00e9 ce que c\u2019\u00e9tait de courir en c\u00f4te.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sans avoir la fraicheur des 1\u00e8rs km, la forme est l\u00e0, les jambes sont bien s\u00fbr douloureuses mais permettent quand m\u00eame de courir. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Du 80<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> km \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, je double de nombreux coureurs, c\u2019est bon pour le moral. L\u2019analyse des infos \u00ab\u00a0livetrail\u00a0\u00bb apr\u00e8s l\u2019arriv\u00e9e me confirmera que j\u2019ai remont\u00e9 progressivement dans le classement \u00e0 partir du 75\u00e8me. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Viennent ensuite 2 bosses de 300-400m de d+ chacune avec des descentes dans les bois, sur des sentiers glissants et pas roulants. Je fais tr\u00e8s attention aux pierres et aux racines, je suis un tr\u00e8s mauvais descendeur et ce serait dommage de se faire une entorse si pr\u00e8s de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Vient ensuite le ravitaillement des 108, plus que 5 km. Apr\u00e8s une derni\u00e8re descente tr\u00e8s glissante pour laquelle des chaines et des cordes \u00e9taient bien aidantes, arrivent les 3 derniers km sur lesquels il est possible de courir.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Les jambes sont au rendez-vous, j\u2019entends les pas de 2 autres coureurs qui remontent sur moi, ce qui me booste pour terminer. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Je passe les 2 derniers km en 6\u201915 et 5\u201908\/km, je passe la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e en sprint (3\u201955\/km selon garmin) et je retrouve mes filles et les 2 autres Coureurs de St Jaques de la Lande qui ont gentiment attendus mon arriv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ce sprint final m\u2019a donn\u00e9 un plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie, malgr\u00e9 les 20h32 de course et l\u2019heure tardive (01h30 de matin), je me sens en forme, super heureux d\u2019avoir vaincu cet \u00ab\u00a0Swiss Canyon Trail\u00a0\u00bb. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u2019est la 1<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8re<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> fois que je r\u00e9alise cette distance (114km \u00e0 ma montre) et ce d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 mais la 1<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8re<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00e9galement sur un ultra que je termine aussi bien.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Je termine \u00e0 la 275<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e8me<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> place sur 500 partants environ.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">M\u00eame si j\u2019aurais aim\u00e9 mieux appr\u00e9cier les paysages, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrari\u00e9 par la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, l\u2019organisation \u00e9tait top, le parcours tr\u00e8s sympa. Le Swiss Canyon Trail est vraiment une \u00e9preuve \u00e0 conseiller. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Une belle exp\u00e9rience qui donne envie d\u2019en vivre d\u2019autres mais place maintenant \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Swiss Canyon Trail Enfin le retour des comp\u00e9titions et autres courses hors-stade.
