On n&rsquo;est pas plus avanc\u00e9 mais pour les profanes, c&rsquo;est une s\u00e9ance propos\u00e9 le<strong> lundi soir 19h au stade<\/strong>, anim\u00e9e par Fabien Brisorgueil de l&rsquo;Office des Sports, pour nous faire travailler les cuisses et abdos entre autres, avec du gainage et autres exercices parfois peu motivant \u00e0 faire seul(e) mais tout de suite plus stimulant \u00e0 plusieurs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je vous entends d\u00e9j\u00e0 soupirer: pffff&#8230;., c&rsquo;est trop dur et trop fatiguant ! mais c&rsquo;est une s\u00e9ance indispensable pour qui voudrait progresser, ou \u00eatre beau sur la plage (chacun sa motivation&#8230;).
