Alors on s\u2019est dit qu\u2019on aller doubler la mise.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Cette ann\u00e9e c&rsquo;\u00e9tait la CCC(Courmayeur Champex Chamonix)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voici une petite animation pr\u00e9sentant le parcours\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.dailymotion.com\/embed\/video\/x6qqxzk?playlist=x55fjr\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(Bon je vous pr\u00e9viens cette ann\u00e9e je n\u2019ai pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire court niveau r\u00e9cit. Mais bon y\u2019avait 100 bornes\u00a0!!\u00a0? )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">D\u00e9part donn\u00e9 le 31\/08 \u00e0 09h00 \u00e0 Courmayeur. L\u2019ambiance est \u00e0 la f\u00eate, mais on se demande un peu ce qui nous attend, 100 bornes et 6100 m\u00e8tres de D+. On a jamais fait \u00e7\u00e0\u00a0!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Premi\u00e8re partie sous le soleil. On passe par les refuges Bertone, et Bonati. Des noms qui raisonnent quand on s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019UTMB. Cette fois c\u2019est nous qui passons par l\u00e0.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Toute la partie suivante est somptueuse. Une vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Couleurs blanches et argents. Epoustouflant\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensuite \u00e7a se complique un peu niveau m\u00e9t\u00e9o pour attaquer l\u2019ascension du grand col Ferret. La pluie et le vent s\u2019invitent. Il faut sortir les vestes. Nous arrivons au sommet dans le brouillard, vent fort, il fait froid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous attaquons alors une descente d\u2019environ 16 km que j\u2019appr\u00e9hendais un peu. Finalement elle ne pose pas grand probl\u00e8me. A cette partie de course, je fais une petite erreur niveau nutrition\u00a0: pas d\u2019alimentation assez r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, je rame m\u00e9chamment dans la bosse qui nous am\u00e8nera au lac de Champex. (On dit \u00ab\u00a0Champ\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Champex on y arrive finalement. C\u2019est la mi-course. Ici on mange le repas du soir, et se change pour passer des v\u00eatements secs et chauds avant la nuit, sans oublier la lampe frontale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En sortant de Champex, apr\u00e8s un tr\u00e8s long arr\u00eat. Nous faisons alors \u00ab\u00a0LA\u00a0\u00bb b\u00eatise je pense. On repart frais et enthousiastes. En courant rapidement, trop rapidement. Cela vaudra plus loin une grosse alerte musculaire pour Mathias. Celle-ci va nous compliquer fortement la seconde moiti\u00e9 du parcours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On est pass\u00e9 par tous les \u00e9tats. En pleine montagne dans le noir, nous consultons des \u00ab\u00a0ambulanciers\u00a0\u00bb (des montagnards \u00e0 l\u2019accent Suisse avec un brancard\u00a0? )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On a pas le choix, il faut aller de l\u2019avant pour avoir des soins. Mais en gros, j\u2019accompagne Mathias au prochain sommet \u00e0 la Giete, et ce sera fini pour lui. (Enfin, ils me disent que moi je devrais plut\u00f4t tracer parce que sinon les barri\u00e8res horaires vont me rattraper.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Giete, un infirmier nous explique qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas 50 solutions\u00a0: il faut descendre \u00e0 Trient pour \u00eatre rapatri\u00e9. Il propose un stap, une pommade et du parac\u00e9tamol.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Et puis r\u00e9volution, ca semble reparti pour Mathias. On se fait la descente rapidos en moins d\u2019une heure\u00a0!! Sauf que sur la fin, la douleur revient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bref, la suite ce sera consultation de kin\u00e9, de m\u00e9decin\u00a0lors des ravitos : Pas de risque de grosse blessure, mais faut arriver \u00e0 tenir un rythme, et \u00e0 supporter la douleur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De mon cot\u00e9 je pars devant, pour \u00eatre dans mon rythme, et attend Mathias r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, qui avance comme un guerrier malgr\u00e9 sa blessure.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> On repart de Vallorcine pour attaquer l\u2019avant derni\u00e8re portion\u00a0: vers la Fleg\u00e8re. On a 900 m\u00e8tres de D+ et 400M de D- sur cette portion, sur un peu plus de 10KM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je parts de nouveau devant, dans l\u2019ind\u00e9cision, voyant les barri\u00e8res se rapprocher m\u00e9chamment. Dans la portion en descente, je me retrouve au milieu d\u2019\u00e9normes rochers et racines. Je me dit que Mathias ne passera pas, que c\u2019est foutu, que cette fois je serais seul \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Je tente de l\u2019appeler au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, mais sans succ\u00e8s. J\u2019arrive \u00e0 la Fleg\u00e8re. Je reste un peu plus de 30 minutes au ravito dans le doute, et fini par d\u00e9cider de descendre vers l\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apr\u00e8s 1 ou 2 km dans la descente, appel de Mathias\u00a0: je suis \u00e0 la Fleg\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demi tour\u00a0!! Merci !!!!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Aucun bobo coach, si ce n&rsquo;est cette petite erreur de nutrition avant Champex. (le m\u00e9tier qui rentre)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Bon maintenant, faut penser \u00e0 mettre 4 lettres sur la veste de finisher : Objectif UTMB 2020.
