Trail des Vall\u00e9es (la suite)<\/span><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nous nous sommes attard\u00e9s sur Julien, \u00ab\u00a0finicheur\u00a0\u00bb du 115km du trail des Vall\u00e9es. Ca valait bien un article pour lui tout seul quand m\u00eame !!! mais d’autres janz\u00e9ens l’ont suivi, sur des distances moins folles mais quand m\u00eame, \u00e0 l’image de Fabien sur le 25km, qui revient petit \u00e0 petit \u00e0 son meilleur niveau, faire 25km sur une route non-goudronn\u00e9e et pas vraiment plate demande une bonne dose d’entra\u00eenement et de ressources mentales ! Un gars courageux \u00e9galement avec Cl\u00e9ment, lui aussi finisher mais sur le 34km, on monte encore d’un cran !!!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Petite pens\u00e9e quand m\u00eame pour Guillaume qui n’avait pu prendre le d\u00e9part du 115 pour cause de p\u00e9pins physiques.<\/span><\/p>\n

C’est pas de l’ultra mais on y arrive, nous voil\u00e0 avec Christophe et Beno\u00eet sur le 66km. On dit que l’ultra commence \u00e0 80km mais c’est une notion toute relative car chaque trail est diff\u00e9rent, chaque parcours \u00e0 ses difficult\u00e9s et son d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Une belle prestation pour \u00ab\u00a0Tof\u00a0\u00bb qui revient lui aussi en forme apr\u00e8s une blessure chronique (quand il ne se plante pas un bout de bois dans le pied…) et se rassure pour d’autres \u00e9ch\u00e9ances s\u00fbrement plus longues et montagneuses. Pour finir, un beau top 100 pour Beno\u00eet, moins d’1h apr\u00e8s Christophe, il a l’air d’aimer le long \u00e9galement, attention on y prend go\u00fbt !!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Bravo les gars, on peut dire que vous avez mouiller le maillot !<\/span><\/p>\n
