Sp\u00e9cialiste de la Nutrition des sportifs.<\/p>\n<p>Th\u00e8me: <strong>Donner des rep\u00e8res pratiques et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les profils de coureurs, du loisir \u00e0 l\u2019endurance longue.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Points abord\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: left;\">&#8211; Besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du coureur : \u00e9nergie, glucides, hydratation, min\u00e9raux<br \/>\n&#8211; Alimentation pr\u00e9-comp\u00e9tition : derniers repas, gestion des fibres, hydratation<br \/>\n&#8211; Alimentation et hydratation pendant l\u2019effort : quantit\u00e9s, formules solides\/liquides, strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9es au\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a010km,\u00a0 au trail et \u00e0 l\u2019ultra<br \/>\n&#8211; Alimentation post-comp\u00e9tition : r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, r\u00e9paration musculaire, recharges<br \/>\n&#8211; Nutrition au quotidien du coureur : organisation des repas selon les entra\u00eenements<br \/>\n&#8211; Pr\u00e9vention des blessures<br \/>\n&#8211; Erreurs fr\u00e9quentes : sous-hydratation, mauvais timing, essais le jour J<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette intervention est accessible \u00e0 tous les athl\u00e8tes du club <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans le foyer et pour permettre des \u00e9changes plus faciles, le nombre de participants est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 30 personnes.<\/p>\n<p>En fonction du nombre de demande, nous proposerons une seconde session si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Un sondage pour l&rsquo;inscription est mis en place via le Groupe WhatsApp du club \u00ab\u00a0JA
