C&rsquo;\u00e9tait moins \u00e9vident jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es pour les coureurs et coureuses de demi-fond, et encore moins pour les adeptes du fond, du grand fond, des courses sur route ou du trail. Pourtant, rien que son int\u00e9r\u00eat pr\u00e9ventif vaut le d\u00e9tour : souplesse et force sont les alli\u00e9es du coureur de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">La posture align\u00e9e du corps, le bon gainage des muscles et des tendons, travaill\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois de mani\u00e8re excentrique et concentrique, la tonicit\u00e9 musculaire, sont autant de r\u00e9ponses \u00e9conomiques efficaces pour un corps en action, et ce d&rsquo;autant quand le corps commence \u00e0 souffrir. Combien de d\u00e9hanchements, d&rsquo;avachissements du buste, de fatigues abdominales, de t\u00eates mal tenues, de douleurs baladeuses pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9.es, avec seulement une grosse s\u00e9ance de renfo chaque semaine, ou, mieux encore, avec un petit rappel quotidien, par exemple \u00e0 la fin des \u00e9chauffements (les fameuses gammes techniques).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Le groupe demi-fond jeunes s&rsquo;y est mis avec c\u0153ur depuis que Julien Chevallier (salle Global Fit) a propos\u00e9 des tarifs privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s dans le cadre de son partenariat avec le club, et plusieurs lui doivent une partie de leurs progr\u00e8s. Ce samedi matin 21 mars, nous avons f\u00eat\u00e9 le printemps \u00e0 la salle, sous le pilotage de Fanch, pour commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les postures pour la piste et \u00eatre capables de donner de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 aux allures sans se faire mal et en \u00e9tant efficaces dans le geste. En plus, \u00e7a rompt la routine de la Jaroussais et permet de r\u00e9unir le groupe dans un autre cadre, sympa et convivial. <em>Voir ci-dessous trois photos de ce temps fort.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Les s\u00e9ances hebdos ont lieu le mercredi \u00e0 15h30 (4 \u20ac la s\u00e9ance + chaussures propres). La prochaine s\u00e9ance collective aura lieu samedi 4 avril \u00e0 10h.
