Pas de chrono sous les 30 mn ni classement par cat\u00e9gorie mais l&rsquo;essentiel est ailleurs&#8230;Raymond ne court que pour le plaisir et le partage \u00ab\u00a0et pi c&rsquo;est tout !!!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gast !!! parfois, il est bon aussi de rappeler que courir est avant tout un plaisir ou que le plaisir, on le cherche tous de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente. On court pour battre un chrono, un adversaire, se battre contre soi-m\u00eame, faire des rencontres, faire de l&rsquo;exercice, quitter la maison et les enfants qui crient, se vider la t\u00eate apr\u00e8s le boulot car le patron est p\u00e9nible (et les coll\u00e8gues, ne m&rsquo;en parlez pas !).
