Merci \u00e0 toi et bravo !!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le Trail \u00ab\u00a0au mental\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans ma pr\u00e9pa pour Guerl\u00e9dan, j\u2019avais inclus le Trail de l\u2019Aber Wrac\u2019h. <u>Objectif\u00a0:<\/u> Trail test pour le mental, car comme on le sait tous, la course \u00e0 pied, c\u2019est aussi le mental. En effet, je d\u00e9cide de vivre seule cette aventure\u00a0: ni famille, ni copains et copines de Trail et course en autonomie alimentaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C\u2019est parti pour Le Folgo\u00ebt, pr\u00e8s de Brest. La forme physique n\u2019est pas vraiment au RDV, mais je me suis lanc\u00e9e dans cette aventure alors je vais jusqu\u2019au bout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9veil\u00a0 bien matinal, je prends la navette \u00e0 6h30\u00a0 pour un d\u00e9part sur la plage de Guiss\u00e9ny. Arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 7h, la course est dans une heure, je patiente donc dans le froid, je frissonne et n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 me r\u00e9chauffer. D\u00e9part magique \u00e0 8h, avec musique et fus\u00e9es de d\u00e9tresse dans un d\u00e9cor magnifique. H\u00e2te de vivre cette course mais les 10 premiers kilom\u00e8tre se passent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la douleur, cuisses t\u00e9tanis\u00e9es, j\u2019ai d\u00fb attraper froid. On enchaine sentiers des douaniers et travers\u00e9es de plage (sable, vase, go\u00e9mon et\u00a0 rochers). Le terrain est difficile et ma cheville commence \u00e0 donner des signes de faiblesse, une douleur que je connais d\u00e9j\u00e0. J\u2019essaye de ne pas trop y penser et de vivre la course.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On quitte la c\u00f4te et on commence \u00e0 renter dans les Abers, le parcours change de profil, plus \u00ab\u00a0vaseux\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0boueux\u00a0\u00bb et les c\u00f4tes se font plus nombreuses. Je suis au 31 km, ravitaillement en eau, ma cheville me fait toujours mal et voila que mon genou se r\u00e9veille (syndrome de l\u2019essuie glace).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je commence \u00e0 douter, surtout que le plus gros du\u00a0 d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 se trouve sur ces 24 derniers kilom\u00e8tres. La, je suis dans le vif du sujet, \u00ab\u00a0la course au mental commence\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb. Je ne vais rien l\u00e2cher, mes objectifs de temps et de classement tombent \u00e0 l\u2019eau mais je vais finir ce trail\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les organisateurs ont agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 cette fin de parcours avec des passages de rivi\u00e8res, de cordes et le fameux \u00ab\u00a0Tunel\u00a0 of Love\u00a0\u00bb. Je prends du plaisir malgr\u00e9 les douleurs. Je reste cependant frustr\u00e9e de ne pas pouvoir \u00ab\u00a0jouer\u00a0\u00bb dans les descentes comme j\u2019aime le faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La foule de plus en plus nombreuse sur la fin du parcours m\u2019aide \u00e0 tenir. Arriv\u00e9e dans une ambiance de feu, avec des \u00ab\u00a0supporters\u00a0\u00bb gonfl\u00e9s \u00e0 bloc. D\u00e9\u00e7ue de ne pas avoir pu profiter davantage mais contente d\u2019avoir fini ce trail exigeant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintenant un peu de repos avant de continuer ma pr\u00e9pa pour Guerl\u00e9dan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[ws_table id=\u00a0\u00bb434&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PIzSXm2zSEU\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Marathon Cheverny (41)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nous avions<strong> Eric L<\/strong> et <strong>Cyril L<\/strong> au marathon de Cheverny, belle performance de leur part malgr\u00e9 une fin de course difficile pour Cyril L.
