{"id":25207,"date":"2025-05-21T00:01:42","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T22:01:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/janze-athletisme.fr\/wordpress\/?p=25207"},"modified":"2025-05-21T20:52:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-21T18:52:10","slug":"marche-nordique-100km-dune-aventure-a-deux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/janze-athletisme.fr\/wordpress\/marche-nordique-100km-dune-aventure-a-deux\/","title":{"rendered":"Marche nordique : 100km d&rsquo;une aventure \u00e0 deux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>D\u00e9fis Raoul (marche nordique), samedi 17 \/ dimanche 18 mai, Foug\u00e8res<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Le week-end du 17\/18 mai, pendant que nos pistards s&rsquo;enquillaient 200km de route pour courir un 100m en moins de 12&Prime;, <strong>Karine<\/strong> Pennec et <strong>Ludovic<\/strong> Dr\u00e9an ont opt\u00e9 pour un rythme aux antipodes en participant <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">aux 100 km des d\u00e9fis Raoul \u00e0 Foug\u00e8res.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Voici la relation que fait Ludovic de l&rsquo;aventure :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Le d\u00e9part de la marche nordique est donn\u00e9 au \u00ab\u00a0Jardin des F\u00eates\u00a0\u00bb. Les conditions climatiques sont tr\u00e8s bonnes. Le parcours passe par les remparts du fabuleux ch\u00e2teau m\u00e9di\u00e9val de Foug\u00e8res, la voie verte, le remarquable parc floral du Ch\u00e2telier et, bien s\u00fbr, la for\u00eat de Foug\u00e8res. Aux points de ravitaillement, les denr\u00e9es sont vari\u00e9es et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont tr\u00e8s attentionn\u00e9s et chaleureux. Une tr\u00e8s bonne ambiance r\u00e8gne tout au long du parcours, sous les applaudissements et les encouragements des spectateurs. L&rsquo;organisation est excellente. <\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\"><em>La longueur du parcours rend cette marche tr\u00e8s difficile. Les derniers kilom\u00e8tres sont \u00e9puisants et la satisfaction \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e est d&rsquo;autant plus intense<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
