Meeting de Foug\u00e8res, vendredi 5 juillet<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

29 participants de l’EAC, dont 20 de Janz\u00e9, ce n’est pas mal finalement pour un dernier meeting de saison. Vous vous souvenez que l’an pass\u00e9, le dernier meeting, c’\u00e9tait le 8 juillet, et nous y \u00e9tions encore bien plus nombreux de l’EAC, puisque c’est nous qui l’organisions. On ne peut donc comparer.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation cette fois \u00e9tait compos\u00e9e de quelques jeunes (benjamins et minimes), de quelques sprinteurs et d’une majorit\u00e9 de demi-fondeurs \/ demi-fondeuses. Il faut dire que ce meeting \u00ab\u00a0Evelyne-Joannic\u00a0\u00bb s’y pr\u00eate. Il est devenu au fil des ann\u00e9es un temple du demi-fond, au point qu’il y avait beaucoup plus de coureurs\/coureuses de 800m et + ce vendredi soir qu’il n’y en aura durant tout le week-end \u00e0 Caen pour les Pr\u00e9-France.<\/p>\n

Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 310 au total \u00e0 finir leur course ce vendredi soir, sur 1000m pour les plus jeunes, et sur 800 et 3000 \/ 5000m pour les cat\u00e9gories Cadets et +, avec 74 perf de niveau interr\u00e9gional et 17 de niveau national. Le top du top local !!!<\/p>\n

Gros niveau en demi-fond<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans ce contexte relev\u00e9, nos plus jeunes ont regard\u00e9 avec admiration la course superbe de Tiphanie Lecomte (Cesson), qui gagne son 3000m avec autorit\u00e9. De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, la saison commence \u00e0 \u00eatre longue, et en d\u00e9pit des conditions parfaites et de l’envie qu’ils avaient d’en d\u00e9coudre, les r\u00e9sultats globalement sont un peu en retrait par rapport \u00e0 ces derniers temps, \u00e0 l’exception notable de la benjamine Rose Mah\u00e9 (Bain), qui termine 4e<\/sup> d’un 1000m o\u00f9 BEF et MIF \u00e9taient m\u00eal\u00e9es et bat encore son record (3’09″13). Costaud !<\/p>\n

Place d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 des vacances bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9es. On pense \u00e0 autre chose qu’\u00e0 l’athl\u00e9 (m\u00eame si avec les JO \u00e7a va \u00eatre difficile), et on se retrouve \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e avec une saison 2024-2025 tr\u00e8s prometteuse.<\/p>\n

10’02″24 au 3000m pour Tiphanie Lecomte, une perf de niveau N4. Elle rejoint Marie Duvigneau, Hugo Baudu et Bastien<\/strong> Fert (tous sur 200 \/ 400m) dans les athl\u00e8tes de l’EAC class\u00e9s au niveau national. Ici des photos de sa course, puis dans les tribunes avec Lou<\/strong> Gaspais, qui, 6e en 10’57″17 (sans avoir couru en comp\u00e9tition pendant deux mois), n’est pas si loin de son meilleur niveau (10’45″83 en 2021).
