Rencontre de secteur, samedi 20 janvier (\u00e9veils athl\u00e9tiques)
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Les cat\u00e9gories \u00c9veils athl\u00e9tiques (8\/9 ans) et Poussins (10\/11 ans) ne font pas \u00e0 proprement parler de comp\u00e9titions, \u00e0 l’exception du cross pour les poussins.<\/p>\n

Par contre, la d\u00e9marche collective \u00e9tant importante pour les \u00e9coles d’athl\u00e9, ils sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 rencontrer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement d’autres clubs des environs (Redon, Chartres de Bretagne, Pont-P\u00e9an-Guichen et Bain de Bretagne) pour ouvrir leur horizon et se m\u00ealer \u00e0 d’autres jeunes de leur \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n

La rencontre de ce samedi pour les \u00c9veils \u00e9tait de m\u00e9moire la deuxi\u00e8me de l’hiver, et ils \u00e9taient encore nombreux \u00e0 faire le d\u00e9placement (en orange = Janz\u00e9 \/ en jaune = Bain — pour rappel les deux clubs sont associ\u00e9s au sein de l’EAC, avec \u00e9galement Cesson).<\/p>\n

Au programme : 1\/2 Fond 8 minutes (en ext\u00e9rieur), lancer de vortex de pr\u00e9cision, lancer d’anneaux (projection lat\u00e9rale), relais formule 1 (course de vitesse avec obstacles), saut de grenouille, saut en hauteur (ciseaux \/ impulsion pieds gauche et droit) + un atelier repos-questions, avant le traditionnel relais final.<\/p>\n
