Cross de la Vigilante de Foug\u00e8res, dimanche 17 d\u00e9cembre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s Saint-Marc-le-Blanc et La Chapelle-Sur-Erdre, ce cross de Foug\u00e8res \u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re occasion d’une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition g\u00e9n\u00e9rale pour nos athl\u00e8tes de l’EAC, dans l’optique du cross d\u00e9partemental de Saint-Onen-La-chapelle le dimanche 14 janvier prochain.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 noter la belle premi\u00e8re de C\u00e9line<\/strong> Hazard, qui d\u00e9couvre le cross. Elle est derri\u00e8re Virginie mais devant Delphine, qui sont des habitu\u00e9es du cross et pas des manchotes en la mati\u00e8re. Donc, c’est plut\u00f4t tr\u00e8s encourageant, avec une bonne moyenne de moins de 4’10 au km sur un parcours exigeant. Bravo C\u00e9line !<\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 David<\/strong> Le Dorven, il poursuit son apprentissage. Il a beaucoup de plaisir, mais encore un travail sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 mener pendant les vacances pour progresser en rythme. Il n’y a pas de secret, le cross, c’est d’abord une affaire de rythme. Les relances y sont perp\u00e9tuelles. Il faut \u00eatre capable de changer d’allure, \u00e0 chaque virage, \u00e0 chaque talus, \u00e0 chaque relief.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9pa cross pendant les vacances<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 noter qu’une pr\u00e9paration sp\u00e9cifique sera propos\u00e9e pendant les vacances de No\u00ebl, d’abord \u00e0 destination des jeunes (PO, BE, MI, CA et JU), mais \u00e0 laquelle seront invit\u00e9s les adultes du groupe Hors-Stade, ainsi que les athl\u00e8tes de Cesson et de Bain.<\/p>\n

Deux rendez-vous sont particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 retenir pour du travail sp\u00e9cifique (s\u00e9quences \u00e0 allure cross, avec pointes, sur un parcours adapt\u00e9) : ces deux s\u00e9ances auront lieu \u00e0 Panc\u00e9 le dimanche 31 d\u00e9cembre<\/span> et le samedi 6 janvier<\/span>. RV \u00e0 10h sur place<\/span> (parking de la Croix, rue de Beaume, sur la hauteur Est du village).<\/p>\n
