Championnats de France de 5km sur route, Saint-Omer (Pas de Calais), dimanche 22 octobre<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 finalement 9, nos routards, \u00e0 prendre le (long) chemin du Pas de Calais pour les championnats de France du 5km : 1 Bainaise (Elsa, mais qui s’entra\u00eene avec Janz\u00e9), 3 Cessonnais (Delphine, Daniel, Micka\u00ebl) et 5 Janz\u00e9ens (Liya, Rapha\u00ebl, Mathieu, Fred et Wilfrid).<\/p>\n

Et ils ont bien fait, puisque toutes et tous battent leur record sur le 5km route.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Honneur aux filles : Elsa Mah\u00e9 est 67e<\/sup> de la course CAF\/JUF (33e<\/sup> JUF et au passage 2e<\/sup> bretonne) avec un tr\u00e8s beau 19’45, 1’20 plus vite qu’\u00e0 TRC il y a quinze jours. Grosse perf, \u00e0 la hauteur des efforts consentis au service d’un tr\u00e8s beau talent naturel ! Liya<\/strong> Pigeon, en 20’40, am\u00e9liore son record de 48 secondes, ce qui n’est pas mal non plus, en d\u00e9pit de quelques s\u00e9ances manqu\u00e9es ces derniers temps. Elle est 105e<\/sup> de la course et 59e<\/sup> JUF nationale. Belle progression, Liya, bravo ! Quant \u00e0 Delphine Lebret, elle passe de 20’29 \u00e0 Vannes le 9 septembre \u00e0 19’11 ce dimanche, et finit 129e <\/sup>en SEF. Elle vaut d\u00e9sormais moins de 40′ sur 10km, \u00e7a commence \u00e0 \u00eatre s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n

Les gar\u00e7ons ne sont pas en reste. Toutes leurs perfs sont excellentes : Rapha\u00ebl<\/strong> Bou\u00e9, en 17’13, am\u00e9liore son chrono de TRC de 30 secondes exactement et se classe 109e<\/sup> de la course CAM. Wilfrid <\/strong>Lebreton, en 17’05, am\u00e9liore son chrono TRC de 18 secondes et surtout fait 1′ de moins qu’\u00e0 Vannes le 9 septembre. Il est 97e<\/sup> chez les Masters (15e<\/sup> M3M), o\u00f9 Daniel Rogue, 19’07, est 200e<\/sup> (mais 6e<\/sup> M6M !) A Vannes, Daniel avait fini en 19’51. C’est du costaud !<\/p>\n

321e en 16’25 chez les \u00e9lites H, quel niveau !!!<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 nos trois t\u00e9nors, ils ont explos\u00e9 les chronos. Fred<\/strong> Breut, 40e<\/sup> M0M national, fait 16’25 et bat son record, qui datait des Sables d’Olonnes ce printemps (16’35). Il y a encore quelques semaines, ce 16’25 aurait constitu\u00e9 le record du club, mais Mathieu<\/strong> Henry progresse et descend sa marque pour la 3e<\/sup> fois depuis la rentr\u00e9e (16’28 \u00e0 Vannes, 16’21 \u00e0 Rennes et cette fois 15’49). Il n’est battu pour l’EAC que par Micka\u00ebl Primeau, mais de peu (15’33). Tous les trois sont 182e<\/sup>, 233e<\/sup> et 321e<\/sup> de la course \u00e9lite. Les sommets \u00e0 ce niveau sont stratosph\u00e9riques !<\/p>\n

Bravo \u00e0 tous les 9 pour ces tr\u00e8s belles perfs. Vous avez fait honneur \u00e0 l’EAC ! Et pour nos Janz\u00e9ens\/Janz\u00e9ennes \u00e0 Janz\u00e9 Athl\u00e9 !<\/p>\n
