{"id":13509,"date":"2023-06-08T16:06:45","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T14:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/janze-athletisme.fr\/wordpress\/?p=13509"},"modified":"2023-06-08T16:07:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T14:07:37","slug":"le-puy-en-velay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/janze-athletisme.fr\/wordpress\/le-puy-en-velay\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Puy-en-Velay: un p\u00e9l\u00e9rinage pour St Jacques de Compostelle"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif; color: #800000;\"><strong>Ultra Trail du St Jacques<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je vais faire court mais outre les orages de gr\u00eale, la pluie et le brouillard, il a fait beau aussi sur les chemins du p\u00e9l\u00e9rinage de St Jacques de Compostelle mais beaucoup de casse du coup car sur les 800 coureurs du d\u00e9part, il ne restait plus que 415 survivants, de la boue des pieds \u00e0 la t\u00eate ! un beau voyage spirituel et sportif quand m\u00eame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> On va dire que je suis plut\u00f4t satisfait: avec un objectif en 25h, parti plut\u00f4t prudemment (trop ?), un genou toujours sensible, je d\u00e9cide d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer \u00e0 mi-parcours pour rattraper une centaine de coureurs mais 126km c&rsquo;est trop court&#8230;avec 30km de plus je faisait un top 100, s\u00fbr !!! bon au moins dans les 200 premiers&#8230;au moins je termine frais comme un gardon !
