Un authentique exploit pour Christophe, Aur\u00e9lie et sa famille. Je les cite \u00e9galement car un ultra se pr\u00e9pare aussi en famille, tant pour la logistique que pour le soutien moral, pendant la pr\u00e9pa, lors de la course et aussi apr\u00e8s l’effort. Je remercie de sa part coach Franck pour son plan ficel\u00e9 aux petits oignons ! pr\u00e9pa s\u00e9rieuse, course s\u00e9rieuse car lorsqu’on est bien physiquement et en pleine confiance, tout devient r\u00e9alisable ! en l’ocurence, une 13\u00e8me place digne des meilleurs traileurs qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e9galement \u00e0 l’UTMB le m\u00eame WE.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00e9part \u00e0 5h du matin \u00e0 Vielle d’Aure, des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o id\u00e9ales. Du brouillard cependant dans la nuit, ce qui ne facilite pas les choses quand la visibilit\u00e9 est r\u00e9duite et qu’on ne poss\u00e8de pas 10\/10 en visuel…<\/span><\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 une erreur de parcours suite \u00e0 un balisage al\u00e9atoire, Christophe a su rebondir et a progresser tout au long de sa course gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une excellente gestion de son effort, sa remont\u00e9e au classement est l\u00e0 pour le prouver, malgr\u00e9 un d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 de plus de 10000m !<\/span><\/p>\n

Les plus grand sommets des Alpes et les pentes de La R\u00e9union n’ont qu’\u00e0 bien se tenir ! quant \u00e0 Kilian et Fran\u00e7ois, ils risquent de s’enrhumer !!!<\/span><\/p>\n

Bravo pour cet exploit, tu peux \u00eatre fier de toi et de ta famille.<\/span><\/p>\n
